There are so many great things happening this week or at least starting this week.  The Ultimate Blog Party and the Spring Reading Thing are just two of the happenings around the blogosphere.  Since I’ve decided to join both of them for this blog, I’m combining both posts here!

For those of you new to my blog, Hi there!  It’s nice to meet you!  My name is Christine (Wyndsong on twitter) and I love books.  All types of books, spiritual books, romance novels, self-help, parenting, children’s books, and even the occaisonal naughty book!  Basically any book that any other mom might like to read, hence the name Books 4 Moms.  I just started this blog recently.  When I first got this domain, my intention was to sell ebooks, which I may still do in the near future, but because there are so many  other places to buy ebooks, I decided I’d rather do reviews on books that I’m reading.  I started out just reviewing books that I’ve already read, and then I found places that would give me ARC (Advanced Reader Copies) books and that has just lead to some great finds!  Occaisionally I’ll be doing give-aways as well… like the one I just had for The Terror by Dan Simmons and another one that will be coming up at the end of March (so stay tuned!).

For the Spring Reading Thing 2009 Challenge we’re supposed to list the books we want to read during spring, finishing up on June 20th.  This is my list as of March 20th, 2009.  I will be doing a review for each of these books and more!

And I have several blogs that I wouldn’t mind getting a new design for, love doing any thing crafty and I love reading books of all sorts! So basically if I won SOMETHING!! I’d be happy!
