My Opinion:

To be honest, Honoree is a friend, and I think she is fabulous in just about everything she does.  That being said, I still wouldn't recommend a book or product unless I felt it really was worth you time and money.  This new book of Honoree's is worth both!  Honoree has a soft spot for all the single moms in the world, and as she's been there, done that, until last year, she knows all about what single moms need and want.  This book helps the every busy, ever concerned single mom to not only get quick and easy meals on the table for her family, but they are delicious and healthy too!

I have already tried several of the recipes in The Successful Single Mom Cooks, and I'm thrilled with the results.  The meals are easy to do when you've already put in 8 - 12 hrs of work, which is important for me, because I am tired after a long day of working.  I hate getting food out and ordering in isn't any better.  It's expensive and unhealthy, especiallly if you do it too many days in a row.  With these great recipes I don't have to be on my feet for an hour or more getting a good meal on the table, and they turn out amazing too!  You'll find everything from healthy pizza's and meatloaf to Strawberry - Orange Chicken Salad!  YUMMMOH!
