My Opinion

This is the third Cat Star Chronicle book I"ve read and I've been a fan since the first one that I read.  I'm pleased to say that Cheryl Brooks doesn't disappoint her fans in this, her 5th book in the series.  Unlike a lot of romance novels who create two characters that are inexplicably drawn to each other, while at the same time hating each other, Cheryl Brooks characters are drawn to each other and like each other almost from the beginning.  This makes for a refreshing story line and courtship of the characters as well as the reader.

This wonderful addition to the Cat Star Chronicles has all that you expect from Cheryl Brooks amazing series.  She has wonderfully romantic and arousing sex scenes, as well as gripping suspense and action.  I love the mixture of sci-fi and romance that Cheryl Brooks always comes through with.  One of the best things about her series, is that you don't have to read them in order.  Though she does have a few recurring characters in all the books, you don't have to read the first books to read the later ones.  If you love romance and sci-fi, then this is a great book for you.  If you haven't read any of the other Cat Star Series, then this is a great one to start with.  Definitely a must have!
